Zachary Cantrell
Zach Cantrell was born and raised in Delaware, Ohio, and has been in the real estate business since June 6, 2000. Inspired by his mother, a real estate agent since his fifth-grade year, Zach grew up immersed in the industry.
He began by helping with his mom's business and flipping houses, eventually receiving his first real estate class as a Christmas gift when he was 20. From there, his career took off.
Zach specializes in investment properties and land for development. He takes pride in building lasting relationships and helping clients create wealth through real estate. His philosophy emphasizes education and empowerment, ensuring clients understand every option available to them. As Zach says, "We are in charge of the process, but you are in charge of making all the decisions."
When he’s not working, Zach enjoys CrossFit and traveling with his wife, embracing new adventures and experiences together.
